Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your Outlook.com mail
Your people ask about mail and meetings in plain words. You choose what the AI may read, a person approves every action, and you see every question.
Tuesday
Outlook.com, with DeskRaven AI
What your people can ask
Plain questions, answered from their own mail and calendar.
Every question passes the guard
The AI never talks to your mailbox directly. DeskRaven checks the rules first and writes the journal after.
What the AI can do in Outlook.com
Four buttons, and nothing outside the list.
Search
Find mail and meetings by words, people and dates.
Show
Open a message or a meeting to read it.
Save a draft
The draft waits in Outlook.com until you press Send.
Propose
Suggest a reply or a free time for a meeting.
It cannot send, delete or move mail. Close folders and categories with the data filter.
You keep the controls
Data filter
You close folders, senders, keywords and old mail for the whole company. What is closed never reaches the AI.
Human approval
Anything that changes data waits for a person. The AI proposes and the person decides.
Journal
Every question and every button is logged: who, when and what. The text of your mail is not.
How your people connect

Already using Copilot?
Microsoft Copilot works inside Microsoft apps. DeskRaven AI gives you a second choice and the same rules for every assistant, across Outlook.com, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Server. Want calendars to stay in step too? See Sync for Outlook.com.
Outlook.com questions
Do I need Copilot?
No. DeskRaven AI works without Copilot. You can use both, and the DeskRaven rules apply to the assistants that go through DeskRaven.
Is my mail copied out of Outlook.com?
No. The AI reads a message to answer a question and does not store it. The journal keeps who asked, when and which button, without the text.
Does this work with Hotmail and Live addresses?
Yes. They are Microsoft accounts in the same family as Outlook.com, and they sign in the same way.
Will my people need a new app?
No. They keep Outlook.com. They ask in Claude, ChatGPT or the DeskRaven chat, and drafts appear in their Outlook.com drafts.
Can I switch AI off for one person?
Yes. You switch AI off for one person, for a group or for everyone, at any time.
